Service was great. Any problems were resolved quickly and I was kept updated throughout. My only moan is that the driver that picked up and dropped my car off left the cars parked barely in the space causing a few issues for others in the car park.

I dropped my car off at 8am and requested my service to be completed asap, I called into Sytner to check how much longer it would be at 2.30 and the service adviser went down to the workshop to hurry it up. This happens every time

The Staff are very helpful with the arrangements and then on the day taking the car in and returning it after servicing. The Report provided was very helpful concerning the vehicle condition. The Service Manager called me next day to check all was ok

Charles Isitt was an excellent saleman who helped us chose the right pack/options to make up our Countryman. He sent videos of items we were not sure about, e.g. leather seats. He kept us informed at all times of progress of the build.
