Although I like the car I have experienced better explanation of the car from previous Mini representatives and been shown the various options on paper or screen . This is why I now have a car I am dissatisfied with.

All my queries were answered by Jason at the centre, my car arrived prior to the date I thought it was due to arrive and the pick up was made special as the Mini was sat in it's own showroom.

I had asked for my SatNav maps to be updated but was informed that they were unlikely to be updated for another year. When I asked if they would contact me to let me know when the update was available I was told They do not do this.

Overall good, could be forthcoming regarding warranty repairs, found an oil leak and agreed replacement part was a warranty repair but then anted to charge me for the oil! Also had to negotiate price for non warranty repairs!

The whole process was very easy, with fantastic commmunication. I particularly liked the detail given, for example when I was advised the rear brake pads needed replacing, I was told how many mm’d mine had left and what the legal limit was.
