Staff listened to description of problem and corrected it efficiently and then explained fully what had been done. Everyone extremely pleasant and eager to give customer satisfaction. Communication excellent.

It was NOT pointed out to me that an important accessory I had in my existing Cooper S was not standard on my new JCW . To correct this error was going to cost me £400 more than the option at order cost .
