Although we had visited once and then booked a test drive the following week, the cars we wanted to drive were not available when we arrived and we had to wait ages. Parking at the site is a nightmare.

When condenser replaced a part was not fitted back correctly so had to be returned on 6th August to be fixed. Four weeks later we found a Snap on tool that had been left in the engine compartment which again suggested a rushed fix.

The experience was great, however it is expensive. I was fortunate the service was in the TLC pack but 2 tyres and break pads £600.

As well as the problems in 1 above we did not expect the radio to stop working after a few days, and the various rattle noises inside the car were surprising. These problems have now been rectified but we were without our new car for 1.5 days
