It was NOT pointed out to me that an important accessory I had in my existing Cooper S was not standard on my new JCW . To correct this error was going to cost me £400 more than the option at order cost .

Neil Hamilton at Sytner is excellent! Everything is explained clearly, alternative options suggested and advice given.Reduced score slightly as the tyre pressures were not re-set, so my warning light came on on the way home, a little worrying...
