Sytner is not offering pickup of the vehicle from home and drop off. This is incredibly inconvenient.
Overall a thoroughly professional and personable approach

The mini was sold to me with a water leak and after 3 weeks of work is still not right.....despite this, they gave me my mini back claiming everything was fine.

They were very rude when I had my service I had two front tyres that needed replacing and when I said I would get the tyres done at another location as it was cheaper they were very short with me rude and made me feel very embarrassed.
Lots of mistakes made, calls not returned, many changes of people dealing with us after initial sale, and still awaiting the correct number plates we ordered (we had reminded Sytner THREE times that we wanted EU plates, but still got the wrong ones!)

The service I received at Sytner High Wycombe could not have been improved in any way.
We always find Neil Hamilton in service to be excellent. He keeps us up to date with progress and always treats us as valued customers (the Mini is now 11 years old and always maintained by Sytner).
The service took less time than we thought and everything including the car being washed was completed.
There was a mix-up with the date for the service but Neil ensured I was able to be seen on the Saturday morning with one days notice. The video of the tyres was clear and as the tyres I needed werent in stock, I was recommended another company.
The guy who helped us was lovely.

I like the video report after the initial inspection, and the mechanic performed a thorough road test after each significant repair. The costs have been high, but the service member helped to lower costs as much as possible.
