The system does not allow customers to speak with someone. You have to leave details to then receive contact back, which wasn't until the next day. I then received an incorrect service quotation. I also wasn't warned there's a charge for the loan car

I was upsold work on the service of £1500, only for the issue to remain. I then called 5 times to speak to Kate, was promised a call back every single time and yet no call back. Given she asked me directly for 5 stars on this it's a joke.

The filter required in the original service was discovered out of stock at the time the service was being carried out. Once filter was in stock, they arranged collection and delivery of car as promised, all very smooth and stress free.

After my car being booked in I heard nothing all day. I called them the following day, only to be told it still hadn't been looked at.Resulting in 2 without my car. I had no video health check done and honestly believe no one looked at my vehicle.

I'm really disappointed with the servicing. Every time I bring my car in I feel like there are additional issues with my brakes. Every time I bring it in some wear part needs replacing. I have only ever had it serviced at Sytner

Neil was charming and extremely professional. The video survey excellent. The valet sservice a little bit lacking. However, I have a few queries about the mini I bought and bits that are missing and have heard nothing so far. Slightly disappointing.

I was told that I needed to replace the rear drivers side tyre but they couldn't replace. I was at Kwik Fit less that 12hrs later and they identified that the rear passenger also needed changing due to the chords physically sticking out of the tyre

I only popped in to look at colours. Warren Cathcart came out to see if I needed any help. His Zero pressure approach, gentle and patient answering my many questions was excellent. He 'read the room' really really well. Ended up buying on the spot.
