Would've been useful to have fully understood, that the deposit is required via cash, not on a credit card. Not being fully aware did cause some stress ensuring the money was transferred and available prior to collection of the vehicle.

The system does not allow customers to speak with someone. You have to leave details to then receive contact back, which wasn't until the next day. I then received an incorrect service quotation. I also wasn't warned there's a charge for the loan car
