I'm a loyal returning customer. There was an issue with not being able to proceed the order with £500 discount due to a spec change (wheels). This was frustrating but I understand is down to Mini and not the people I was dealing with.

Excellent customer service, kept updated all the way through the appointment, comfortable waiting area. Super friendly lady dealing managing my appointment. Could not fault. In and out within an hour 30 for a full service and mini came away clean!
