Zubin was beyond excellent, My mum and I felt extremely welcome and happy when visiting Sytner Wyc. Everything was explained in detail and any concerns we had were answered promptly. Drinks were provided which added to the already great hospitality

Zubin listened to our wish list. Arrange the test drive of two cars and then pushed for the best price possible for our part exchange. It wasn't high pressure and we appreciated his advice and guidance on settling for the car we went for.

Staff go above and beyond to be helpful - Neil the service manager is always cheerful and he ensures you are happy with what's happening. I bumped into the sales person who sold me both my minis, he remembered me and approached me to catch up.

There was a front brake pads issue undiagnosed and not rectified at the main service. So had to take the car in for a follow up service. It was then fixed to my satisfaction.

The service I receive is always exemplary. From booking to the welcome, updates and clear communication it's great. Where I live I could go to a number of mini garages for my service but I keep coming back to High Wycombe du to the service I receive.

The service was efficient and the staff very helpful/pleasant. But I'm still flummoxed by a service cost of £1.3k for a 2 year old car. Without even a courtesy car. I buy new to avoid big unforeseen costs on upkeep, but that clearly no longer applies
