Started off well, then didn't receive any updates unless I emailed then the week the car was delivered the salesman was changed to Zubin Sayed who sold me my previous mini and the service was excellent

Your dealership were helpful. But your on line order system is dreadful. I ordered my mini on 8th December, and up to 17th March it was still showing as only step 1 of 6 in your order process - even when the car had been delivered on 13th March!

Overall, I was satisfied with the experience, though there were unexpected extra costs after booking. The coffee machine lacked large cups, meaning my hot drink spilt on my hands and check-in felt unfriendly until the survey was mentioned at the end.

Neil Hamilton kept me well informed and made sure I was comfortable while I waited for the service to be completed. I'm due for a hip replacement and have a painful mobility problem, Neil went out of his way to look after me during my visit.

Terrible service booking process. Complicated customer journey involving web site, WhatsApp and confirmation by SMS. WhatsApp exchange took over 48 hours to finalise booking due to unresponsiveness. Customer service on site was excellent though.

Staff go above and beyond to be helpful - Neil the service manager is always cheerful and he ensures you are happy with what's happening. I bumped into the sales person who sold me both my minis, he remembered me and approached me to catch up.

I'm a loyal returning customer. There was an issue with not being able to proceed the order with £500 discount due to a spec change (wheels). This was frustrating but I understand is down to Mini and not the people I was dealing with.
