The service was efficient and the staff very helpful/pleasant. But I'm still flummoxed by a service cost of £1.3k for a 2 year old car. Without even a courtesy car. I buy new to avoid big unforeseen costs on upkeep, but that clearly no longer applies

The quote over the phone by the service department was given as they could see everything required electronically. I subsequently removed the need for an MOT. I then signed the agreed price of £550 to be told on arrival the price was £629.
