Easy/convenient to book, Kate was just as pleasant and efficient as she was on my last visit, I enjoyed dealing with her. The car was in, MOT'd, cleaned and out again in less than an hour. Great stuff!!

I filled out an online satisfied/dissatisfied and sent the reply. I was then sent a WhatsApp asking if I could be contacted by phone the following day, to which I replied Yes anytime. 6 days later I still haven't heard.

Can only respond to the MINI side and not the BMW side. As mentioned above, overall satisfied and keen to build customer focused relationship with MINI with this current car however pricing needs to be competitive and they need to review their USP

Issue with my skid plate not being properly attached after my service. Had to get a garage near Oxford to resolve it after an unnerving journey on the motorway. Sytner later did a full recheck of my car. Have also given me compensation, so ended ok.

I booked the car for a service then needed to drop it off early - this was considered as 'no problem". The service guy then said the service is not due just yet but we can still do the work you requested "no problem". The work completed on time.
