I'm a loyal returning customer. There was an issue with not being able to proceed the order with £500 discount due to a spec change (wheels). This was frustrating but I understand is down to Mini and not the people I was dealing with.

Very professional service. Video prior to completing service is a good idea so that I could identify what essential work needed to be carried out and sort it. Prompting for add ons helped me to get air con working efficiently again. Happy!

I was told that I needed to replace the rear drivers side tyre but they couldn't replace. I was at Kwik Fit less that 12hrs later and they identified that the rear passenger also needed changing due to the chords physically sticking out of the tyre

The booking was easy, the staff great however the price changed from email reminding me to book the car in to the actual price paid. Since collecting the car the dashboard no longer works and there is no power in first gear.

Neil Hamilton kept me well informed and made sure I was comfortable while I waited for the service to be completed. I'm due for a hip replacement and have a painful mobility problem, Neil went out of his way to look after me during my visit.

Overall, I was satisfied with the experience, though there were unexpected extra costs after booking. The coffee machine lacked large cups, meaning my hot drink spilt on my hands and check-in felt unfriendly until the survey was mentioned at the end.
