Although delivery was delayed several times due to production and the delays in parts, Zubin kept me informed throughout the process and I couldn't ask more of a salesman.

We dealt with Carlton and we began looking into purchasing a new car months before ordering. I am aware that the sales team have the difficult job of balancing being helpful without being pushy, and he got the balance just right.

Kate Restall is always super efficient and courteous. The service was completed promptly while I waited. I particularly liked the new service tracking which gives information while the service is taking place.

Neil was fantastic, he was very welcoming from the start and ensured I was up to date with how my car recall was going. Neil arranged a lift home for me and arranged a loan car due to my car requiring a longer stay at the garage.

High Wycombe were brilliant to deal with. I needed an appointment fairly short notice for an MOT and service. Lucy went the extra mile to find me a wait appointment as I live 40 mins away. I will definitely use High Wycombe again for our other mini.

Easy to book, good customer service, efficient. Only negative was it's expensive.£350 for an oil change and new engine filter.

I'm kept up to date and even have videos shared of the inspections etc. The timing estimates are usually spot on and I waited in the showroom and did a little bit of work on my laptop, which was helpful.

Quite Honestly I have never had such incredible service. If I was able drive right now I would bring her some flowers. Unfortunately I had a mini stroke at the weekend as they took me of my medication for me to have an operation. Op canxd
