Curtesy Car clean was not great. No spare wheels in stock except the really expensive ones - as MOT depended on this, I was really left with any choice but to buy very expensive wheel.

As above. The £45 cost of some of the work was taken off to compensate for the hour long drive but I should have been called & asked beforehand. I waited over 30 minutes for the keys on day one even when no work had been done - I just needed my key!

Check in was a bit slow & confusing (not done by Neal) and was told it would cost over £400 (it didn't) There must be a way to know how long it's going to take - couldn't pick it up until the next day due to late afternoon commitments

I had a very relaxing time upstairs in the BMW side for a couple of hours. Browsing your stock of BMW approved cars, drinking your coffee and watching Netflix/Amazon Prime Video on my laptop... decent wifi by the way :-)

2 of the indicators on the display have not been changed since the service. It still indicates SERVICE and the triangle is still permanently on display. My invoice does not record the accurate mileage. Clearly cut & pasted from last year's service.

Had to wait a bit longer than expected. At the end engineer having a chat for 10 minutes with my keys in his hand while having waited for 3 hours anyway.

We returned the new vehicle after a few days because of the faulty trim on steering wheel. We also noticed a small chip on the paintwork and a chip in the Windscreen. Mini Service repaired the paint damage free of charge, but charged for windscreen

Excellent from start to finish. I was able to work from a desk upstairs for the duration of the service. The one thing I would suggest changing is the music - a bit too loud. The service video was helpful, which talked through key information.

There was an issue with the handover date and I think picking up the phone in that situation is better than emailing but everything got sorted out and was dealt with smoothly when I collected the car. Warren Cathcart was excellent at handover.
