Easy to explore options + decide on purchase. Only -ve ,organising the initial test drive - we used the on line enquiry form and did not hear anything back. We contacted Sutner directly they quickly setup test drive.

The sales guy Zubin was very good. He is let down by Mini HQ. We traded in a car and the systems couldn't cope with it so the drive away date was delayed by a week.

Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Service Manager ensured I got hone OK and was able to return to pick my car up. The work appears to be done to a high standard and on time. The car was very clean when it was returned to me.

Following my brake service, I was told that my car needed some additional work doing and a quote for the work would be emailed to me later that day. That was on 20 November and despite me phoning to chase I have still not received anything.

I bought my 2015 cooper s from sytner select swindon and did my own check on the antifreeze only to find it weak, so I booked it into high Wycombe as I live near by. They did a full service and found my brake cable was in a terrible condition.

online booking nightmare, 8 emails back forth, then phone call to High Wycombe to check date time (8.30am) again and again as the email reminder came though with the later time. evening B4 Neil called at 6.50 to ask could I be earlier than 3.30pm!

1. Car went in for problem with tyre pressure sensors. They still don't read correctly. 2. B pillar squeak not traced, been worked on before, but it squeaked all the way home. 3. Passenger side squeak fixed. Emailed dealership, no response.

The service was good but I found the Boot floor cover to be wedged in and raised. I had to fix it myself. Also I was charged twice on my credit card and I am still waiting for a refund. Due on 24th October, hopefully.

Somehow a drive round the block used about 8miles of fuel. I was very clear it needed to be the round the block and no further. As always, driver seat completely changed by whoever had driven it. The dust cap on the new tyre/wheel was my old one.

Excellent service. They took my car in early and gave me a space to work so I could carry on woth my day as if working in my own office. The car was ready a few hours later as expected. Cleaned and ready to go.
