BMW garage had misplaced my keys and paperwork, and kept me waiting for ages. Office full of staff seemingly with nothing to do but chat all unhelpful. Collecting car should have been a simple transaction.

Car was recovered into Sytner H/W on Sat morning. Par call to discuss the fault and advise other issues that had been found. Cost agreed. All the repairs were completed I got my car back Tuesday pm. Amazing service. Courteous and exceptionally helpfu

I received an email to book my in which was very easy and I also received a reminder the day before. I waited while the new lamp was fitted and was offered a coffee by Neil. My car was returned cleaned and hoovered.

Neil Hamilton the Service Consultant is excellent. He keeps in contact while the car is there. He is very knowledgeable about the brand, I believe he has worked there for a long time. He knows MINI very well and always meets my expectations.

We had a slight problem with the window on the drivers' side of the car which was only discovered as we were collecting it. We decided to leave it so that one they got one of the engineers to look at. They resolved the by the time we got home!

I booked on for a 2hr slot but it took nearly 5. I wasn't informed why it was taking so long until I asked. However, I'd like to thank the service department for their help and support to speed up the process. I will continue to use this mini centre

I did not think I was fully informed about what service I was going to get, I was offered to have brake discs when I did not need them in the front. I have always had a good experience with the Mini team but no confidence with BMW team, hard selling.

KAte was really good at managing my expectations and providing good service as were her colleagues. I liked the tea and biscuits and general environment. Kate also squeezed my car in for an MOT. It was cleaned excellently too.

Despite booking a wait appointment for the afternoon I received a text saying my car was expected at 8.45am. I rung to get this corrected but was still expected in the morning.

I liked the video sent through of my car inspection. I was not told I could not wait for my car to be done. It was booked for 8am and thought I would be waiting but told i would be contacted between 4 & 5. I don't live locally so a little frustrating

I knew coming to a proper mini garage the price would be more expensive, was a bit put off after paying for initial inspection (after stating the issue) I then had to pay another inspection fee when another issue was found.
