Great experience, the team were very helpful and I was delivered to/picked up from work while my car was in for its service. I didn't receive a video, which was a shame, but they did talk me through what was done and their recommendations.
The purchase and delivery were good. Zubin Sayed and Izzy Stanley were great and made the full process enjoyable.

See above plus the car updates were inaccurate. One minute saying the are leaving in an hour to 2 hours later saying they have spotted a problem whilst washing it which they said they do 3 hours ago!

I was greeted warmly and treated as important - even though my car is old. They filmed the check-over of my car with audio feedback. I felt I was charged fairly too.

All the staff I dealt with either over the phone or in person couldn't have been more helpful and friendly.
Within 30 minutes of calling the service department I was in the dealership handing over my keys for an bulb replacement. Your team also managed to top up tyre pressures, carry out a VHC & wash my car... All whilst I waited with a coffee.

Great service advisor
The girl in the show room quoted me £300 for my oil service. When I called my partner she couldn't believe it an went on to the mini site which the same service was advertised for £260. After this I have literally lost any trust in mini. Devastated.
Fab customer service, from when I bought the mini and a year on with a birthday check and clean, excellent service from Neil. Very happy.
