Everything was great. I do like the video you send. One point about the video - hence not full marks - there was a lot of background noise going on....listen to the video! V difficult at times to hear the technician.

I was told I had run flat tyres but it turned out I don't. Still not sure why not. The pick up process was very slow probably due to lots of people wanting their cars at the same time but this must happen on a daily basis so probably needs review.

I hadn't booked a courtesy car, the service was likely to be longer than I'd expected, so the Service Manager got one of the team to drive me to John Lewis to get on with my Christmas shopping instead of waiting in the showroom. Brilliant.
