I was not sure whether I would get another mini or go for something else but due to the excellent service I received from Zubin and Izzy I left with a new mini and very happy that it was not just a sale they were after.

After having mini for a week I picked it up and fault had been dealt with, however once home I realised that my passenger seatbelt was our of use! When I rang I was told,

The service was excellent. Ashley was amazing as always, she helped make my dream care a reality. I received regular updates on the delivery of the car and collection was nice and easy.
The Included service I paid in advance for is meaningless it's just a visual, their prices are ridiculous, I don't trust them one bit.

As above the service I was given by Charles and team at Sytner High Wycombe was perfect in every respect. Plus the after-sales follow-through and extra tutorial on the car technology were very welcome. The biscuits were very nice too!
The manager did sort it out but I still feel it was very serious and I could've had a nasty accident so as far as the survey goes I have to market very low as you can understand I was horrified I could turn the nuts with my finger

I was kept informed all the way through the buying of my mini and my calls were always responded to and I couldn't have asked for any better service from Thomas and Izzy they were excellent.
Everything done as requested. Although the 90 minutes while you wait was about 20 minutes longer.
Happy with overall treatment
I was satisfied with my service it was very quick not even an hour for £256 for a oil change check and s wash and hoover ., the complementary wash wasn't very good rushed water marks .
