Jason Wilkins went out of his way to deliver us the new car late at night because of the transport delays and because we were travelling. He really made the experience absolutely wonderful and was a pleasure to work with during our purchase.

Staff on site in all depts are always courteous and helpful. I dealt with Sam Rutter on recent visits and he was informative, organised, honest and approachable throughout - and importantly, he kept me informed. He's a credit to Mini and to Sytner.

The MOT went smoothly with a new near side tyre being fitted.New tyre had plastic cap the original 3 metal caps missing.Return trip out of our way to get replacements which took a long time. A good service spoilt by Small details.

Great service and communication
I was told the car would be valeted for the services, and MOT. On all three occasions the car had barely been cleaned inside, if at all. I complained after the service and I had an apology. It then happened again

Always a good service
Service was good but they have stopped pick up / drop off of cars forcing a colleague to drop me off and they didn't phone by 3:30 when they said they would. However after phoning them the did pick me up.
MOT and service were both completed satisfactorily, paper work tidy and ready.

Other than a wait of 20mins everything was fine. Liked the service / mechanic video - although you probably call them technicians or similar these days - great transparency.

Zubin was always on time, professional and even had great patience when our children had to attend appointments with us. Zubin was always prepared ahead of us arriving to the centre.
I had to come back as I was concerned about something. Not made to feel I had come back with an insignificant issue - dealt with very well.
Overall the identification of the issues with my car and the repair work was good. However, the final piece was that the car should have been washed but for the second time it wasn't. It's a minor issue, but a frustrating one.
I had a problem with warning lights and was told by Mini that they would collect my car to fix this and I would be given a courtesy car. When it was being collected, the man knew nothing about a courtesy car, so I was left with no vehicle.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, and the information from the production line to the delivery at the Mini centre was great.

Dealt with a gentleman called Martin he kept me up to date with everything that was happening and was always very accommodating and polite when I spoke to him. Also had a really lovely driver who picked me up and dropped me off to collect car.
